| Mr. Peng leads The Sandi Group's operations in China. He has comprehensive experience in infrastructure project investment and business development in the Asia-Pacific region and China. His responsibilities include business development, project and asset management, construction management and joint ventures with private Chinese enterprises. He has an intimate knowledge of the Chinese system of governance, as well as established relationships with key government agencies. Mr. Peng has excellent communication, financial engineering and negotiating skills, and he has been highly successful in implementing and creating business solutions and management strategies for TSG’s international projects. Mr. Peng holds a Bachelor's of Mechanical engineering degree in energy and a Master's of Finance degree in social economic systems engineering. |
