| LaVar D. Matthews, Vice President of International Marketing and Development | ||
| LaVar D. Matthews currently serves as a Vice President for The Sandi Group, responsible for the business development and operations division of TSG. Prior to joining The Sandi Group, Mr. Matthews worked for a diverse range of organizations, including the Department of Justice serving as the budget director and finance officer of the International Criminal Investigative Assistance Program (ICITAP), responsible for managing Iraq Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Funds (IRRF) as provided by FY2003 Appropriations. His responsibilities included the oversight of funding utilization and procurement equipment and services in support of the Rule of Law advisory program in Iraq. He also worked with MPRI and SAIC in Iraq, serving as Senior Advisor on correctional policies, theories/methodologies and assisting with development of practical implementation of such techniques throughout Iraq’s Ministry of Justice facilities. Mr. Matthews’ career spans over nine years of foreign and domestic government contracting experience, supported by eight years of domestic law enforcement experience. | ||
