Currently we have hotels and resorts, commercial and residential properties throughout Iraq, Afghanistan and Sudan. The Baghdad and Al-Sadeer Hotels are leased to U.S. Government agencies under long-term contracts. Others are leased by multi-national corporations, international delegations and to those visiting the region. Our newest hotel, Al-Sadeer, has been refurbished into a 5-star business center with first class amenities, including swimming pool, restaurants, nightclub, tennis courts, conference/meeting facilities and more.
