Mr. Grimes currently provides management oversight and project development for our expanding operations overseas, most notably Iraq and Afghanistan. He has spent the last 20 years working within the U.S. Special Operations community in Psychological Operations, Intelligence collection and training. Mr. Grimes has lead operations spanning the globe from Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Iraq and Africa. His experience has led him into some of the world's most remote areas in order to study the population demographics. Some of his work has led the government into many standard operating procedures today, which dictate how special operations will be conducted. Prior to joining The Sandi Group, Mr. Grimes served as the Director of Third Country Nationals for a leading security services provider. In this role, he developed a program that involved several thousand personnel trained as U.S. force protection specialists from four different countries. Mr. Grimes is fluent in three languages and has attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
