Cap Cana Marina Resort consists of a 1740 room all-inclusive Hotel & Casino
built on 500,000m2 with 700m beach-front, owned by the Mexican Moon Palace
chain. Starting in October of 2003, TSG was involved in the land acquisition,
site plan design, permitting process, infrastructure development and construction
commencement of phase 1 and 2, for both resorts as well as mobilization,
land clearing and environmental sensitive wetland improvement and delineations. |
